  • Customers can book cleaners for free and pay securely through the app using Stripe.

    Cleaners connect their bank account for fast payouts and pay nothing unless they’re booked. A 15% service fee applies to the first job with a new customer, then 5% for future jobs with the same customer.

  • Customer payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment is released to the cleaner after the job is completed and the customer signs off. Bank process times may vary.

  • It’s free for cleaners to create a profile and connect with potential customers. You pay nothing unless you get booked. A 15% service fee is deducted from your first completed job with a new customer, then only 5% from future jobs with the same customer.

  • Our free in-app Cleaner Estimator helps cleaners’ price each job confidently. Cleaners set a starting flat rate. then customize charges based on square feet, bedrooms, bathrooms, and additional services. Cleaners stay in control of their pricing, and customer see the total before booking.

  • Yes! You just need to sign up with a different email.

  • Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, book services, or work as a cleaner through Cleaners for Hire.

  • Browse local cleaner profiles and compare their pricing, availability, reviews, experience, and verification badges. Choose the cleaner who best fits your needs, budget, and schedule- then book directly through the app.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling a booking. Cancellations and refunds are handled through the ap. Contact Cleaners for Hire Support if you need assistance.

  • Booking through the app creates a clear record of the job, agreed-upon price, messages, and payment. After each completed booking, customers and cleaners can leave honest reviews and feedback, helping both sides remain accountable and build trusted reputations. Keeping communication and payment in the app also allows Cleaners for Hire to assist if an issue arises.
